Deskeep ("we") (DESKEEP INTERMEDIACAO DE SERVICOS PELA INTERNET LTDA, registered with the CNPJ/MF under no. 36.082.483/0001-68), operates the domains www.deskeep.com.br, www.deskeep.app ("Deskeep" or "Site") and the Deskeep mobile application (the "Mobile Application").
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices associated with that data.
COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.
TYPES OF DATA COLLECTED
Deskeep receives, stores and processes information that you provide when creating your account or using the application. The data provided and the circumstances in which it is provided are as follows:
When creating or maintaining an account: email, CPF/CNPJ, full name, date of birth, home address, geographic location (latitude and longitude) and telephone number;
When using the application: When certain functions of Deskeep are used, our mobile application may receive, store and process different types of information about your location and IP address. All this information is only collected with the user's authorization, done directly on the mobile device. Authorization to use this information may be canceled at any time by the user;
Bank details: required for transactional operations. If the user wishes, they can enter their bank account details to receive transactional value transfers made in the application. This data is sent and stored securely on our servers and will not be disclosed or shared with third parties.
Name and telephone number from the contact list: this data is necessary to compare the telephone numbers in the user's contact list with our base of users who have the application installed and who are thus able to receive amounts from transactional operations (transfer of values). Contact list data is not stored on our servers.
Credit card number (not stored with our providers). Required for transactional operations (in-app payments);
Error logs that we use to record and debug application or web page operation problems;
Cookies and Usage Data
When you visit our Site, we may also collect information that your browser sends or when you access the Site by or through a mobile device ("Usage Data").
This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's IP address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When you access the Site through a mobile device, this usage data may include information such as the type of mobile device used, the unique ID of the mobile device, the IP address of the mobile device, the operating system of the smartphone, the type of browser of the mobile Internet you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from our Site and stored in your browser. Tracking technologies also used are beacons, tags and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our Site.

To offer and maintain the quality of our platforms (Mobile Application and Website) and their services;
To notify you about changes to our platform;
To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Platform when you choose to do so;
To provide customer service and support;
To provide analytics or valuable information so that we can improve the platform
To monitor the use of the platform;
To detect, prevent and resolve technical problems.
All User Personal Data is handled securely, including the transmission of such data via HTTPS encryption.
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to - and maintained on - computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those in your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside Brazil and choose to provide us with information, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Brazil and process it there.
Except in the situations described in the item 'Legal requirements', WE DO NOT SHARE, SELL, RENT OR TRADE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH OTHER PARTIES .
Your personal email, linked to your account and provided when registering, may only be used to:
Sending transactional messages, that is, information about a commercial transaction made through the application (payments received or service requests);
Sending messages to inform about any irregular situation or pending issue that requires user intervention.
We do not send regular messages with promotions, news or information that are related to the regular use of the application.
Deskeep may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
Comply with a legal obligation;
Protect and defend the rights or property of Deskeep;
Avoid or investigate possible irregularities related to the Platform;
Protect the personal safety of users of the Platform or the public;
Protect against legal liability;
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Although we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
USER REQUEST AND REFERRAL PROGRAM
Deskeep offers in its mobile application a referral program that allows users to invite their friends and contacts to use the application ("Refer a Friend" program).
The referral program uses different channels to send invitations, including email, SMS, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Twitter.
In the case of third-party services, messages are sent by these third parties and Deskeep does not collect or retain the contact information used to send the messages.
In the case of sending by e-mail, the user must enter the address of the recipient of the message that is in their address book to which they wish to send the invitation. This information will only be used to send the message to the user's friends and contacts and will not be collected or retained.
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate the performance of our services ("Service Providers") such as hosting and database servers or platforms to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
These providers have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
We may use the following third-party service providers to monitor and analyze the use of our platform.
Google Analytics is a web analytics platform offered by Google that tracks and reports Site traffic. Google uses the collected data to track and monitor the use of our Site. This data is shared with other Google platforms. Google may use the data collected to contextualize and personalize ads from its own advertising network.

Our platforms does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or legal guardian and you are aware that your Children have provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
USER RIGHTS REGARDING THE USE OF THEIR PERSONAL DATA
Deskeep users have the following rights regarding the use of their data:
Be aware of how Deskeep uses your data, as stated above;
Change or request the correction of incomplete, incorrect or outdated data. In some cases, Deskeep may check the veracity of the information before making changes;
Request the blocking or deletion of your data if you consider that the use of this personal data is unnecessary and/or excessive. In these cases, the data will be permanently deleted or will no longer be associated with the user's account;
Obtain information about the sharing of your personal data;
Deny and/or withdraw consent when the personal data processing activity requires your approval;
Request the review of automated decisions that may have been made by Deskeep and that may impact the use of the user's personal data;
Oppose the use of data if the user disagrees with it. In this case, we will evaluate the request and, if it is impossible to maintain the services and security offered by Deskeep, as well as comply with legal obligations, we will arrange for the deletion of the user account and all data associated with it.
REQUEST FOR DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA
Requests to change or delete personal information can be made directly by the user using the internal "Deactivate account" feature , which can be accessed in the "Profile" section of the application, or by accessing the Contact Us form and choosing the subject "Data Deletion personal".
The user can also request the deletion of their account through one of our communication channels (email, website and social networks).
All requests will be duly evaluated within a maximum period of two days.
